missingWrote a review on Dec 25hearty mealsmade-to-order sandwichesconvenient grocery storenoisy vent fanadjacent room issues
The Kenilworth Diner down the road is legendary for its hearty meals, perfect for any late-night cravings! Plus, the Trellis Bar serves made-to-order sandwiches that'll make your taste buds sing. A nearby grocery store adds to the convenience for snacks and essentials. Can't beat that!
On the flip side, the room next to the highway was a real noise fest. Don't even get me started on the noisy vent fan! Also, if you need adjoining rooms, you might wanna think twice, it can get iffy.

Dive into those made-to-order sandwiches at Trellis Bar – they are a game-changer! Plus, Kenilworth Diner's hearty meals are perfect after a long day of exploring. You'll leave with a happy belly! And don’t forget the nearby grocery store for late-night snack raids!
One hiccup was the absence of an onsite restaurant. Sure, there’s a bar and breakfast-on-the-go starting at 7 am, but if you’re yearning for a sit-down meal, you’ll have to venture out. That said, the nearby Kenilworth Diner really saves the day.

The stay was primarily for a short transit, and I appreciated the quick transportation to Newark airport. The room was huge and very clean, providing a comfortable environment for my one-night trip. However, the lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient, and I experienced a delay with the morning shuttle, as it wasn't running. Overall, it met my needs well for an affordable stay near the airport.

Stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room with Two Beds. The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. I loved the comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long flight. Daily cleaning made sure the room felt fresh. The only downside was the hallway vibe felt a bit dated, but the room itself was modern. Also, there could’ve been more space, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

First off, the Trellis Bar nearby serves made-to-order sandwiches that’ll make your taste buds dance! Plus, there’s a solid variety of food options just a hop away, from pizza to diners. I also enjoyed a convenient grocery store next door for snacks. Easy peasy!
Had a bit of a bumpy ride. Phones were acting up, and I needed to move rooms a couple of times due to a pesky TV and a noisy AC.

The Kenilworth provided an exceptional experience during my 12-day business rotation in Hillside. The complimentary shuttle service to and from work was incredibly convenient. The staff, particularly Michael, diligently organized a memorable trip to NYC, complete with a detailed map and train schedules. Their responsiveness during my dental emergency was outstanding, arranging timely transport and assistance with medication. The restaurant's fried pickles were a highlight. Additionally, the proximity to an ACME grocery store was beneficial for preparing lunches.
Pricing seemed a bit high considering amenities.

We held our event and the staff were there, every step of the way. Made it all happen, from cocktails to brunch, like clockwork. Also the rooms were spacious enough for our family vibe, and cozy to boot.
Yeah, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but given the service, it felt acceptable.
